1. Commitment
Faintech Solutions SRL ("Faintech", "we"), the operator of the FainTrading website (faintrading.com), is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its online services for all people, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the current compliance status with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and standard EN 301 549.
2. Compliance status
The FainTrading website is designed to conform to standard EN 301 549 ("Accessibility requirements applicable to ICT products and services") and to the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
Current status: partially conformant. Automated and manual checks (portfolio audit of 16 August 2026 and daily automated sweeps) have confirmed that the Level A success criteria of WCAG 2.1 are met for the website's main components. A full EN 301 549 audit has not yet been carried out; we are scheduling it and will update this statement once it is completed.
3. Known non-conformities and limitations
- A full EN 301 549 audit (including Level AA and assistive-technology usage scenarios) is being scheduled.
- Downloadable documents (PDF) and multimedia content published before 28 June 2026 may not be fully accessible.
- Extended testing with assistive-technology users (screen readers, screen magnification, keyboard-only navigation) is being expanded.
If you encounter any accessibility barrier on FainTrading, please write to us — we treat every report as a service-quality issue.
